This error occurs when Viigo becomes disconnected from the server.
To reconnect to the server:
1) In Viigo, click Menu > Close.
2) Run Viigo.

When I try to connect to Viigo on my BlackBerry I get the same message noted above however I don't see where "Menu>Close" is an option. I simply get the home page for Viigo. This happened when I had to uninstall Viigo and then re-downloaded. Ever since then I have had no luck. I can log into the account online via PC but not on my BlackBerry. Thanks.

I have a similar error - it worked fine on the previous version, however, on upgrading Viigo I now get the error message 'unable to connect: http://connect.viigo.com:80/CommanderProxy/Execute.aspx'.
This has made Viigo of no use to me which is frustrating since I found the previous working version of use.

In my experience, whenever your connection is timing out, your Viigo client (the Viigo software) needs to reset its connection to our servers. The way that you do this is by closing, and reopening Viigo. Be sure that you simply don't minimize Viigo, as this won't work.
From the Viigo Home screen, click the Menu Button, Close, Save All (if applicable). Then Reopen Viigo.

mine is doing the same as sykesnj
but it wont connect from the word go. i just updated the bb software and then updated the Viigo software but it does not work.
can surf the web on my phone but not Viigo. i am with Orange uk

Hi David - Our first run server went down for a couple of hours but it should be back up now. Apologies for this experience.

i got same error msg after uninstalling and installing it
tried so many email account and it didnt work
sent msg to @viigo on twitter and no answer
i really like viigo a lot but im very unimpress about CX SERVICE
