How long until the full twitter app is up and running

We have a new twitter client available in our Alpha version of Viigo - which is where we release our cutting edge code first.  You can download it by browsing to http:.//getviigo.com/alpha from your blackberry.  

Our twitter module lets you create and subscribe to any or all of the following: friends timeline, public timeline, @replies, DM's, as well conduct a variety of twitter searches.

Im running the new alph version but I still dont see anything about tweeter in any of the selections.

You're using the right version - simply open up the 'Social Networking' tile on the home screen.  It's below Shopping.  Then click 'Add Channel'.  Select Twitter.  Add Account.  Enter your twitter credentials.

no "Social Networking" title listed.

Did you try uninstalling, checking for old lingering Viigo modules then reinstalling the alpha? It's all described here http://viigo.zendesk.com/forums/30591/entries/38503

If you did do this and still aren't seeing it can you run Viigo and click Menu>Add Service from the main screen just to be sure it isn't hidden?

Still had the other version installed. I uninstalled both and reinstalled the alpha now i'm good. Thanks now I can delete ubertweeter. I love this alpha!

Hi all, I have 2 problems in these days with Viigo:

1) i can't download the alpha version, because when i try to download it i get this message at a half of the process :"Application error 909: application authentication error"

2) with the 3.0.892 version i'm not able to tweet posts cause it reports "an error has occurred"

What can i do?

I uninstalled my previous version of VIIGO and installed the "alpha" and I too can't seem to find the Social Networking tile on the home screen.  I checked under the add service option and it's not there either.  I am running:  BB Storm w/ OS version 4.7.0.149 (Platform 4.0.0.181).  Alpha version states version 3.1.289.

I rebooted and did a battery pull and still no change.

Any thoughts?

Installed the Alpha version and I love it!!! Audio and Podcast feature is awesome.  Twitter feature is awesome.  One thing though, the headlines are a tad big to show and the bottom part of the letters are cut off.  I've tried changing system font size and it still doesn't rectify the problem.  Any insight as to why it's doing this?

I'm still missing something.  How do I update my status (submit a tweet) from Viigo?  I have the Alpha version 3.1.352 installed on A BB Tour.  I can add Twitter channels and see My Stream, Home, etc.  So how to I tweet?

I'm having the same problem. I can read tweets, but can't figure out how to send one.

If you're looking for the full twitter experience - you'll need to configure your "Social Networks" module.  

1) Open Social Networks by scrolling down to it on the home screen.  If you don't see this module, you'll need to upgrade to our latest release.

2) Click Add Channel.

3) Select TWitter.

4) Add Account.  Then follow the instructions from the wizard.

hi - I've gone to facebook & authorised the viggo app, removed previous version of viigo from my win6.1 phone & reinstalled the latest (v.3.0.58) version but I still don't get the Social Networks module. How do I add this? thanks

Same boat here. No Social Networks on Windows Mobile 6.1
